The following words and phrases used in this document carry specific meanings, as described below:

• "Platform" — The zk44 website and all pages, services, and activities within it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who accesses this platform or opens an account.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided as a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — An amount of money placed on a specific outcome.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate cases where multiple accounts are operated from the same household, device, or IP address. If a violation is found, those accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, please update your profile as soon as possible.

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at zk44 is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as DBBL, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. zk44 never collects banking information directly — all payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, we reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and request relevant documents. Using the platform for any purpose other than gambling is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳8,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — they are for wagering use only.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• zk44 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. zk44's decision on determining outcomes is final and binding. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet will apply. If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Bets linked to match-fixing or any fraudulent activity will be considered void.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are not influenced by any external factor or predetermined pattern. Game rules follow the rules displayed on screen.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing artificial bets to meet wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Accessing another user's account or stealing their information.
• Collusion or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.

zk44 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Registration using false information.
• Fraudulent activity or misconduct.
• Failure to pass age verification or providing a false age.

• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, it will be returned, unless forfeiture conditions apply due to a rule violation.

The zk44 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. The platform reserves the right to change the terms of VIP rewards.
